Where's my order?

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) and typically arrive in 3–6 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves — check spam if it's hiding.

How do I skip a month or cancel my subscription?

Log into your subscription portal, and skip, reschedule, or cancel — it takes two taps and there's no call, no form, no guilt trip. Changes made before your next billing date apply immediately.

How does the 60-day guarantee work?

Use the roller for up to 60 days from delivery. If it's not part of your routine by then, email us for a full refund — you keep the bottle, no return label needed. One refund per household.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet (within ~24h of ordering), message us fast and we'll update it. For subscriptions, update your address in your account and it applies to every future delivery.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Currently we ship U.S.-wide (free over $27). International shipping is on the roadmap — join the email list and you'll be first to know.
